Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of the Ganbei Korea — The 1st Chinese Premium Spirits Expo website (the "Site"), operated by Messe Ara Inc. (the "Organizer").

2. Effect and changes

These Terms take effect upon posting on the Site and may be amended within the scope permitted by law, with prior notice of the effective date and reasons.

3. Services

• Event information and program guides
• Pre-registration, registration lookup, and QR issuance
• Exhibitor application (common English form)
• Online exhibition hall (exhibitor and product information)
• Notices, press releases, and downloads

4. Restrictions

• As an alcoholic-beverage exhibition, visitors born on or after January 1, 2009 are not admitted.
• Registrations made with false or misappropriated information may be cancelled.
• ID (passport for overseas registrants) is checked on site.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site belongs to the Organizer or its rightful owners; reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer

• The Organizer is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or system failures.
• The Organizer is not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted information.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes follow the jurisdiction rules of the Civil Procedure Act.

8. Effective date

These Terms take effect on October 30, 2026.
